Is the recommendation the price I’ll pay?
No — and we’d rather be straight about that. It’s a recommendation based on what homes your size usually need, and an indicative figure built from it. The fixed price comes back in writing once we know the specifics. Once it’s agreed, it doesn’t move unless you change the job.
What if the recommended hours aren’t enough?
Then we tell you after the first clean rather than quietly running over. Plenty of clients start at the recommendation and adjust once their housekeeper knows the place. You can change the hours on any future visit.
Do I have to buy the equipment package?
Not at all. Most clients already have a vacuum and a mop and just leave their own products out. The one-off £30 is there for people who’d rather we arrived with everything — and it’s genuinely one-off, not per visit.
How is a business clean priced?
Commercial contracts are priced on square footage, frequency and hours, after a walkthrough of the space. After-builders work is priced on site, because dust volume and finish level change the job too much to quote blind.
Do I pay anything now?
No. Sending your request doesn’t book or charge anything. The team confirms the price and the time with you first.
